"They did a great job on my Dad's hair. He likes how nice they all are and appreciates the Vet and Sr discount. I use to be a Cosmetologist but not anymore due to health. I went with Dad when I was home in ND for a visit and as a past salon manager was very impressed with salon and how the stylists were upbeat and each person came out with a smile and a great cut! Thank you for allowing my Dad to feel a bit pampered and important as he has some tough things he's going through!"

"My husband went in to get his hair cut done. He asked the lady at the counter how long the wait was. She rudely responded saying "we will get to you when we get to you". Apparently they don't need he business there. If your man needs a good cut have him go to Double D's way better customer service. My husband will not be going here again!"

"Worst place in town. I went two days in a row to try to get a haircut. The first day, I was rudely turned down because it was 20 minutes to closing. I would be surprised if it took a full 15 minutes let alone 10 minutes to cut my hair. The second day, I waited and when I say down the lady told me it would cost $12 extra to cut my hair. I got up and left. I will never return."

"Checked in on-line so I wouldn't have to sit and wait in place. Said I had 65 min wait on-line. So, I came in 60 min, just in case. When I arrived, their monitor said I had to wait an additional 45 min!!! They claimed that my on-line was inaccurate because of employees having to take lunch and the computer doesn't take that into affect. Why and the heck would they even have an on-line check in?? Don't bother!!"
