I don't mind the hair cuts and think they do a good job at that. Having good customer service is definitely not their priority. They under-staff resulting in ridiculous wait times and when their app hits 120 minutes, I am told I have to come in, sign up and then come back. The lady refused to sign me by saying she was unable to even though I have watched them do it. Pure laziness and poor customer service. Just now, I had a time to check in and due to weather, I saw they were closing. I called to confirm my place and was told I was the last one. I said I am on my way and will be there in 20 minutes. The lady said fine. I arrived to a locked door saying they had closed. No call, nothing. And right now, the roads are fine. That is the perfect example of a business and employees who do not care for their customers. Customers are only numbers I guess. This is the final straw. Me and my boys will find somewhere else to go, even if it cost more. I have no doubt the new place will be able to serve their customers in a more courteous and respectful manner. The bar has definitely been set low by Sports Clips of Grand Forks.
